At your first appointment

you will ask you to fill out an intake form. If it is possible please come 10-15 minutes early for your appointment so that you can fill out this form prior to your appointment.

The first session

is very easy, it is more like a get to know you conversation. We prioritize the therapeutic relationship in sessions, and want to hear about your needs and goal in our counselling sessions.
